This luxury villa has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and throughout the house air conditioning has been fitted, decorated to a high quality standard and furnished throughout.

The pool is private and has its own screen so as to be totally private and secure, sun beds have be provided along with a separate dining area with tables and chairs, there is a shower facility for the pool area too.

Every week there is garden and pool maintenance, and also a maid service mainly before and after rental unless requested. All the towels and bed sheets are provided for and more available on request.

The lounge area has 3 seat sofas, coffee tables, a large LCD TV with DVD player, CD player, video, cable channels and audio home entertainment system.

The dining room or area is complete with a luxurious set of chairs and a dining table that seats 8 guests.

The main bedroom is with an en-suite bathroom with a walk in shower, bath tub, sink, towel rail (heated) and storage cupboards. For entertainment there is a wall mounted TV.

The kitchen is equipped with a cooker, electric oven, extractor fan, dishwasher, coffee maker, juice machine, toaster, kitchen utensils are provided for as well as cutlery and plates.

The twin bedrooms both share a separate shower room and toilet with a bath tub and sink.

Its location is roughly 10 minutes from Disneyworld and Champions Gate, which offers shopping, supermarkets, cafes, restaurants and is 30 minutes from the main airport in Orlando.

Broadband internet is free of charge.

The laundry and utility services are found in the double garage where you have the washing machine, dryer and a small fridge.
