Prices for the Alma Vista Villa are per week, in the GBP Sterling, USD are accepted, pleace check the going rate of exchange.
The deposit is set at 170 pounds amd a security deposit at £150, this confirms any provitional booking made and the full payment 6 weeks before arriving. If you are booking the villa within 6 weeks then the full price will be paid with the security deposit.
Extra charges only apply to the pool, maintenance and heating would cost an additional £20.
AvailabilityPlease check with us as to the dates and availability of the months in the rental period, a set of booking forms with be sent to you and this will be a provisional booking along with a deposit for your stay.
PaymentsPayments are accepted through credit card or through debit card accounts, online transactions can be made we will give you all the necessary information once a booking form has been received from you.
Other Useful InformationThis villa and the property is a non smoking area, any damage or breakage during your stay will be deducted from the security fee.
Passports must be valid, along with visa, requirements for a visa we can give you when you enquire and arrange a booking. It is helpful that you book at least 6 months before arriving to ensure visas and travel insurance should any emergency arise during your stay.
